I entered in a club, contest which is literally mimicing the Miss Universe competition. We have three rounds to our contest, and this is round one, the national costume.

A oufit representing the contestant's location, in this case, Pasadena, CA. We were to choose either the place we were born or the place we live now... and only lived in Pasadena all my 20 years and was born in West Covina... so I know Pasadena more lol.

Quite a few things to choose from in Pasadena, and so much more I'd like to put into this, but due to college and the lack of time I get, I finished this to my best ability and on time

Her gown represents the most famous event in Pasadena, CA The Rose Parade/Bowl. She is adorned in Red Roses, the city's flower, and a Red and White Victorian themed modern gown representing the era on which Pasadena was found, March 1886, and the attire the locals would wear. Oh and the wings represent the county on which Pasadena lies, Los Angeles County.
